TAMPA (Bay News 9) -- A massive development project is about to put an estimated 4,100 people in the construction business back to work.
ZMG Construction is hosting a job fair today, from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m.
Lines stretched around the site where workers are needed for the construction of Encore, formerly known as Central Park Village. Encore will consist of 12 city blocks located in the heart of downtown Tampa.
